In a hypnosis session, I will help you relax in a comfortable setting. I'll explain the process and review your goals for the session. Then, I'll use repetitive verbal cues to guide you into a trance-like state. Depending what area's we are working on. It is recommended to have a series of sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to reschedule and have already paid, we will simply reschedule your appointment to a day and time that better suits you . No refund will be issued.
