I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. My spiritual journey wasn't always an easy one, but I learned valuable techniques along the way that I utilize with my clients today. Once I embraced my power and learned to tap into the the energy the universe supplied....my whole world changed. While energy work is my passion, I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for anyone and that’s why I’m also certified in Crystal Healing, Shamanic and Spiritual Life Coaching, Guided Meditations, Sound Healing and Hypnotherapy.

I want my clients to take control of their own path, journey and healing. I want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ, chakra, aura/energy field, body ache and symptom is part of a larger system.
