Service Description

Shadow Work involves getting in touch with the parts of yourself that you've repressed - or what many might refer to as their "dark side." It's called shadow work and involves diving into the unconscious material that shapes our thoughts, emotions and behaviors. *Session includes worksheets. This is a 6 session series, you will have one session per month for 6 months. Each session is $125 a month*

Cancellation Policy

If you have to reschedule and have already paid, we will simply reschedule your appointment to a day and time that better suits you . No refund will be issued.
